Monitor Audio launches i-deck plus speaker system for iPod
The double award-winning
i-deck sound system for the iPod just got even better. New i-deck plus from British hi-fi
specialists, Monitor Audio equals superb audio performance at any volume, real
stereo sound from flexible speaker positions and an improved, stylish design. More
than this, i-deck plus features an integral AM/FM radio, built-in video outputs
and extra control functionality from its infra-red remote control.

The integrated AM/FM tuner
offers i-deck plus users a choice of 12 preset stations complete with RDS and
text function. There’s also more to see
with i-deck plus thanks to built-in outputs allowing you to route video, via composite RCA and S-video connectors (cables not
included) from your iPod to a TV
or projector so you can watch your favourite video downloads in all their
glory. At the same time, you can use
either the intuitive onboard controls or the wafer thin, infra red remote for total
iPod navigation.

Also provided is an audio input so you can also choose to listen to
music on i-deck plus from other audio devices such as iPod shuffle, MiniDiscs,
CD players, radio and more. It can synchronise
tracks from your Mac or PC directly onto the iPod via the USB or FireWire leads
supplied with the iPod.
